After receiving our booking offer, you will have the following payment options:

Is smoking allowed?

No, smoking is prohibited.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

  • Check-in: 16:00 (4 PM)
  • Check-out: 10:00 (10 AM)

Do I have to bring my own beach towel?

Yes, you should bring your own beach towel to be used on the beach and pool area.

The towels that we provide to you for your daily hygiene, should be used in the house, only.

Do I have to bring my own bed linen and towels?

No, bed linen and towels (for your daily hygiene, only) will be provided and are included in the rent price, already.

Is there internet access available?

Yes, WiFi access is available free of charge and is shared amongst all guests in the respective house. There are neither volume nor time restrictions and the download speed is approx. 20 Mbit/s.

Is there a BBQ available?

Yes, there is a large BBQ available and it is located in the yard between both houses:

How do I get the keys for the villa?

The keys will be handed over to you on site upon your arrival. In order to keep you from waiting, it is important to share your planned time of arrival before your departure (but at least two hours before your arrival).

What are the parking possibilities?

There are two parking spaces in front of the villa and if necessary more are available in the street.

When are the payments due?

In order to accept our booking offer, it is required to make a down payment (25% of the rent's total amount) and send us proof of payment within 3 days. The final payment is due 30 days before start of rental. Please, note that we also require a refundable security deposit in the amount of 200 EUR to be paid in cash upon your arrival.

In case that you do need more time or do not want to accept our booking offer, we kindly ask that you contact us.
