    Payment

    After making a reservation inquiry, we will send a booking offer to your e-mail address, which is also the booking confirmation. Within the offer you will find the necessary billing information. Should you accept our offer, we kindly ask you to make a down payment or a payment of the total price in the given currency. Both your payment and proof of payment must be completed within 3 days, otherwise we will have to release the reservation period again. The balance payment is due at least 30 days before arrival. If you pay by bank transfer, please make sure to include the ID from our booking offer.


    Security deposit

    On arrival, we kindly ask you to lodge a security deposit of 200 Euro, which will be returned back to you at your departure after handing over the keys.


    Offer validity

    Please note that the booking offers that you receive from us, are valid for 3 days, only.
